General Scope of Construction Project:
Construction of approximately 3,200 linear feet of multi-tiered dune including sand fencing and vegetation. Drainage structures for streets near the dune were also constructed. Activities included excavation and hauling of approximately 32,000 cubic yards of beach quality sand to designated areas along Jamaica Beach as well as installation of two (2) drainage pipe systems and ditch area. Sand dune fencing and dune vegetation work was also conducted.
